A: Free shipping for orders over $200 USD for USA orders only.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: No. But if you live outside the states, arrangements can be made. Email mail@visualllee.com and put “International Order” in the subject line.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery takes up to business 2-3 weeks.

Q: Is there a tracking code with all orders?
A: Yes, a tracking code is provided with all orders. The information visible to you when you track your order is the same information I have access to. I can not solve any issues beyond that.
